The Manager, Web Development will lead of a team of Web Developers and work closely with a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Database Engineers, Web Designers, and Application Developers to design and create innovating cutting-edge features for casual games and e-commerce. The individual will direct the design and implementation of features from concept to completion, driving IT design and usability while addressing performance and scalability challenges. Manager and team of web developers will be responsible for tracking, documenting, reproducing and correcting problems, as well as versioning and building internal and external releases.

The company’s growing library of titles includes the world-famous franchise MapleStory, the role playing fantasy life of Mabinogi and the online multiplayer first-person shooter Combat Arms.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the design and creation of innovating cutting-edge features for casual games, portal and e-commerce.
• Direct the design and implementation of features from concept to completion
• Tracking, documenting, reproducing and correcting problems
• Act as a lead for Web Development team, ensuring overall projects/deadlines are met for all members of the team.
• Versioning and building internal and external releases
• Researching current and new technologies as necessary for designing and implementing new software components
• Perform special projects as directed by the Director, Web Services
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-7 years experience of web development experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing technical web development professionals
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience developing complex Web application as portal site
• Experience developing complex ASP.NET
• Experience building C# applications
• Strong knowledge of Web traffic optimization.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS
• Ability to lead a team of web developers
