WWE, an integrated media organization and recognized leader in global entertainment, has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on compensation, benefits, and HRIS analyst to join our Human Resources team in Stamford, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluates and analyzes compensation data, benchmarks jobs and provides market pricing information
* Researches, conducts and participates in compensation surveys
* Compiles and updates stock data/reports, and answers questions from employees about stock plans
* Maintains the eligibility of incentive bonus participants and quarterly accrual information
* Manages the performance and annual salary review systems and assists with the development of the annual review cycle project plan and communications
* Assist with the administration and maintenance of the company’s benefits programs, such as: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D, EAP, FSAs, ESPP, and 401(k)
* Assist with the execution of Healthy Rewards/Wellness programs and activities
* Generates standard and ad-hoc HRIS reports
* Assist with various HR system implementation projects
* Serve as a backup for inputting data into HRIS and reviewing output for accuracy for bi-weekly payroll interface
* Participate in other compensation, benefits, and HRIS related projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of related compensation, benefits, and HRIS experience within a corporate environment (JDE experience a plus)
* Professional and discrete with respect to confidential information
* Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and database skills
* Superior analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment
* Intelligent, proactive, and self-motivated
* Helpful to have valid driver’s license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
* Bachelor degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field of study preferred
