Visual Data Media Services is a fast paced post production company located in Burbank, CA. We provide a full spectrum of both traditional and file-based mastering, transformation and storage services. Our infrastructure is custom designed to support fulfillment of content owners’ broadcast, home entertainment and internet distribution needs. Our focus is fast, accurate, and efficient delivery and we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience.

We are currently looking for Post Production Account Management candidates. Position requires self-management, strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to focus on providing unsurpassed customer service.

Position Description:
Experienced Account Manager with good project management skills and expertise in all areas of traditional post production. Experience with file based workflows is a plus. Must be able to review and understand clients’ needs and requirements in order to facilitate the accurate and timely completion of their work. Possess an ability to work with all inter-departmental teams, unsupervised and at high pace. Monitor the clients’ work in progress and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:
3 years of Account Management experience in post-production
Experience in organizing and managing multiple priorities
Flexible
Excellent interpersonal and both written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficient (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to hit the ground running.

Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of digital media and file based workflows
Working knowledge of Xytech operating systems
