Intern - Record Label Operations

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

The Press Entertainment is a young and vibrant Music label coming out of Hollywood Ca. Unlike traditional Music labels, The Press Ent is striving to connect directly to our fans. We believe that there is a new music frontier and we want to be pioneers in the new frontier. We believe that we are the new Seeds of the industry and we want to grow into a powerhouse. We are looking for intelligent, innovative, and hard working individuals to help us reach that status.


We are Seeking Part Time Operations Interns for the spring that has the passion and dedication to be in the music industry. This person must be hard working, creative, have people and communication skills. This is a unpaid internship, with opportunity to be hired on and grow with the company. This is a hands on internship, which will allow you to learn all aspects of running a record label. Tasks can include graphic design, administrative work, social media, promo, marketing, day to day operations. The Possibilities are endless.



Qualifications


• 
 Strong interest/desire to work in the music industry

• Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

• 
Strong knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc)


• Multi-tasking is essential, good with deadlines


• Must be reliable and organized


• Extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving issues on multiple projects.
