This is a Part Time Job
The Office Administrative Assistant will work side-by-side with the Operations Director for Steve LeVine Entertainment (SLE), a special events managements company located in Scottsdale, AZ. The preferred candidate must be able to work independently and is a self-starter, understand deadlines, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
The position is entry-level and monetary compensation is open to discussion.
School credit is available and we are flexible with school schedules.
Responsibilities:
Intern will be assisting the Operations Manager of the company with daily tasks, attend weekly meetings, filing, working with company's vendors, organizing company events, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
*Must be majoring in Accounting, Business Management, or another related field.
*Must have outstanding organizational skills
*Must be good with numbers
*Must have excellent verbal and written skills
