Sales & Marketing Manager

SoulPancake is looking for an efficient, hard-working, motivated Sales & Marketing Manager for a 15-month contract. What does this role entail? Basically, this individual would develop and execute a creative, responsive sales and marketing vision and strategy for SoulPancake and its various brands and products. The Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with the company's executive team to help produce campaigns and experiences that improve the company's visibility and strategic placement across its various platforms, both in television and online, as well as generate revenue and sponsorship opportunities for its various products. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with excellent follow-through who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and analyze marketing and promotional campaigns for all SoulPancake shows and productions that encourage audience engagement, interaction, and growth
* Develop a strategy to leverage and link all of SoulPancake's social media campaigns across multiple platforms
* Promote and place SoulPancake video and online content in relevant media outlets and websites
* Work with show runners and production team to develop marketing campaigns specific to each SoulPancake show or series
* Research, develop, and execute content partnerships for SoulPancake com content and web video series
* Source and find potential revenue opportunities and brand partners for SoulPancake
* Develop sales packages and integration opportunities for potential advertisers and sponsors
* Manage all relationships with brands, advertisers, and sponsors
* Monitor and create reports using SoulPancake com site and YouTube channel analytics
* Oversee marketing and social media interns

Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in digital sales and/or marketing
* Deep relationships with, and understanding of, the online community
* Strong knowledge in the latest online trends, sites, tools, and communities
* Strong connections with brands and advertisers with missions that align with SoulPancake's
* Strong organizational and networking skills
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Bachelor's degree or background in marketing, sales, and/or social media
