Intern - Marketing

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a television, film, communications, digital media or entertainment marketing degree programs. Must be computer literate and well-versed in the areas of social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

POSITION:

Marketing Department Intern - individual with marketing background, currently enrolled in college or recently graduated. Music experience is a plus.

-Assist executive team with marketing responsibilities, including proposal response processes,
-Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, (presentations, sales sheets, case studies, marketing plans)
-Conduct market research
-RFP tracking and proposals
-Research opportunities with brands and artist, new ideas, new markets,
-Brainstorming creative ideas and strategies for clients, artist, and brands
-Assist with copy for marketing and sales materials
-Copy-editing, proof reading marketing proposals
-Assist executive with sales call, meetings, and presentations with clients
-Creating company newsletter, content, articles and marketing message
-Ensure the development, implementation and tracking of comprehensive artist & brand marketing campaigns
-Explore non-traditional marketing opportunities
-Assistance in scheduling and company organization
-General administrative assistance for entertainment company
-Develop and implement ‘out-of-the-box’ promotional campaigns and contests
