Production Accountant

This is a Full Time Job

-Run all cost reports for Production Management.
-Set up all cost report meetings as/when needed between Finance and PM.
-Enter all budgets into Vista Accounting.
-Work closely with Line Producers to maintain and manage EFC for all projects.
-Provide on-site financial support and solutions during taping of all projects.
-Set up house accounts with re-occurring vendors.
-Maintain the Petty Cash Checking Account.
-Special analysis as needed at the direction of the Production Director and AVP, Line Producer.
-Run Journey X Reports for all projects.
-Maintain excel trackers until all projects are using Vista Accounting Cost Reports.
-Generate all DGA and USA invoices.
-Set up and manage all payment schedules for short term employees and Independent contractors.
-Manage the weekly payroll pick up list for all productions.
-Cash Flow as needed.
