Assistant Production Accountant

We are one of the leading production companies in the music video industry. We have done more than 50 music videos in the last year for major artists and record labels. Our office is located in Downtown LA. We consist of very motivated and creative group of individuals. We have a great work environment with stellar views of downtown.

DUTIES INCLUDE (not limited to):

• Assist CFO / Bookkeeper with entering daily transactions on Quickbooks
• Assist in Reconciling Petty Cash receipts and Credit Card Statements
• Assist in reconciling wrap books
• Assist in finalizing Production reports
• Assist in verifying Union and Non-Union Time Cards for Payroll (1-3 jobs every 2 weeks)
• Assist in verifying Payroll reports with Time Cards.
• Assist in filing
• Assist in Supply / Merchandise Inventory
• Assist CFO / Bookkeeper in all other tasks

We are looking for an ASSISTANT Production Accountant who has ALL the following qualifications:

• Quickbooks on MAC proficient
• MAC proficient
• Knowledge and Experience in Non-Union and Union Payroll
• Knowledge and Experience in Tax Returns, 1099's etc.
• Knowledge and Experience in Excel
• At least 2 years Bookkeeping experience
• Experience in Production Accounting (music videos, commercials, feature films)
• Associate Degree / Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Pay is $15/hr to start -- 3 Months Probation.
Hours vary (30-40 hrs a week).
