Executive Producer

Revision3, the leading special interest video network, is looking for an Executive Producer for a new tech channel in development. This position will oversee all editorial and management of assigned Revision3 properties. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience producing TV or Web Video content and proven ability to manage a team of producers, APs and editors. Candidates must also possess a high level of creativity and an expert ability to lead and manage projects as assigned. This is a 12-month contract position based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee and Manage created content for assigned shows within budget
• Oversee and Manage content for live remotes
• Manage team of Producer, AP, editors and/or production staff and interns
• Manage talent and contractors
• Interact with external and internal departments of all levels
• Manage development, planning and production of new Revision3 properties

Requirements and Skills:
• 5-10 years experience in producing TV or Web Video content
• Highly creative with ability to lead and manage projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several shows at the same time
• Extensive knowledge of video production and online media
• Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast TV or a related field
