This is a Full Time Job
The Manager of Licensing & Administration will report to the Senior Vice President. Responsibilities include:
*Registration of all copyrights with US copyright office, HFA, CMRRA, PRS, PRO’s and international subpublishers.
*Oversee company licensing activity, procure new licensing opportunities for catalog
*Track all existing royalty streams
*Oversee operation of licensing, admin, and royalty systems
*Client relations, foster relationships with partners, labels, etc.
*Participate in new business development and catalog acquisitions
*Supervision of internship program: selection, training & management
Qualifications:
*Must have experience with Counterpoint, specifically implementation of CWR through Music Maestro.
*Solid relationships with HFA, CMRRA, PRS, PRO’s, and various international sub-publishing contacts.
*Strong communication skills
*Entrepreneurial spirit
*Able to move quickly and react quickly
*Ability to effectively manage personnel and multiple projects in fast pace setting
*Highly intelligent and forward thinking; motivated to set the rules and help build a solid team.
