Digital Marketing Internship
RPM MSC, a boutique music marketing and management company, seeks a hard working student to fill our SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN position.
This position offers the opportunity to develop leadership & marketing skills in a professional environment.
The SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN would work closely with our promotions & publicity staff and have a complete hands-on learning experience. Our campaigns focus on developing the careers of up and coming music artists as well as expanding their online presence.
A commitment to working in our office 3-4 days per week is required (minimum of 16 hours, max of 32)
What would the INTERN do?
- Research target outlets for various upcoming campaigns
- Work with our team to grow our social media reporting system
- Lend your creative ideas to building & maintaining campaigns
- Assist in proposal creation & concepts as well as reporting
- Various admin duties
GENERAL INTERN REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate MUST be comfortable on the web and have a genuine interest in various online outlets such as lifestyle blogs, entertainment outlets and YouTube, Flickr, Facbook & Twitter.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Strong writing & online research skills
- Super user for MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must follow instructions well. Able to multi-task.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop a plus!
- A strong interest in client management and marketing
