The short film The Peace Process is looking for actors for a shoot in the Chicagoland area.

We are in need of:

1 Male- Any age/ethnicity to play SHADOWY FIGURE. The ability to speak Urdu is a plus, but not required as we are considering actors of all ethnicities for this role. We are looking for an actor with a COMMANDING VOICE that is powerful, yet unthreatening, eloquent and educated sounding. Voice actors are encouraged to apply. If you are applying for the shadowy figure role, please include a sound or video clip so we can hear your voice!!

1 Male - of Pakistani/Middle Eastern descent (or can pass), 50s-70s to play PRIME MINISTER. As with the other roles, the ability to speak Urdu is a plus, but definitely not a requirement.

1 Male- of Pakistani/Middle Eastern descent (or can pass), 30-45 to play NEWS ANCHOR.

This is a short film that will be marketed to potential producers with the intent of being adapted into a full length feature film. This is a non-pay gig, but actors cast for the short version will be given first consideration to reprise their roles in the feature. A dvd copy of the final product will be available for all actors. This is a fantastic opportunity for actors to gain on camera experience with a minimal time commitment, while also networking with film industry professionals.
