Intern - Post Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Opportunity:

Ping Pong Productions is seeking a Summer 2012 Intern interested in the Post Production realm of unscripted television. Located in Hollywood, our company currently has multiple projects underway in post, production, and development.

We're seeking someone passionate about learning the various levels of postproduction. Intern will get a first-hand look at how a busy production company operates.

MUST be enrolled in an accredited College/University and receive academic credit for the internship. No exceptions.

Duties will include:

• Learning the various aspects of post production. May include some production exposure.
• Assisting Executive Producers in acquiring stills and video footage for multiple shows.
• Assisting Coordinator in organizing deliverables for networks.
• Watching episode cuts and taking notes.
• Research.

Preferred Skills:

• Educational background in film or television.
• The ability to commit to a minimum of three (3) workdays a week.
• Clear communication and a positive attitude.
• An understanding that there is no such thing as a stupid question.
• The ability to follow direction and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Avid Media Composer knowledge.
• PC, Mac, Microsoft Office skills.
• Access to a laptop computer with MS Office during work hours.
