This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Talent management company looking for a part-time or full-time intern available for the summer.
Must be strong on the phones, a quick learner, Mac proficient and very organized. Knowledge of iMovie useful but not required. Interest in talent representation required. Internship is very rewarding and very hands on.
A little bit about Open Entertainment:
Open Entertainment Inc. was founded in 2008 by Lesa Kirk. Lesa began her career as a talent agent's assistant in 1986 in Canada but three years later she opened her own agency, Kirk Talent Agencies Inc. The agency has grown from a one woman show to becoming one of Canada's leading talent agencies, representing actors, directors, writers, cinematographers and producers. Instrumental in developing the careers of Sarah Chalk (SCRUBS), superstar Seth Rogen (KNOCKED UP) and Carrie Anne Moss (THE MATRIX). Personally booked over 45 television series leads. Supported Kirk talent in booking over 60 television series leads. Now, Lesa has a team of six agents looking after a successful roster of talent in her Vancouver office and has branched out to create Open Entertainment, a Talent Management company in Los Angeles.
