Intern - Digital Sales

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

Internship Description:

Job responsibilities will include the following:

• General administrative duties (phones, filing, copying, faxing, shipping , etc)
• Helping in the creation of sales presentations
• Reviewing and collecting metadata
• Capturing marketing information from our vendors
• Cross-checking our database for rights approvals
• Assisting the team in ongoing research projects
• Duplication and delivery of screeners
• Provide reception coverage

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong desire to learn about digital media sales and distribution
• Excellent writing skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel (Access a plus)
• Deadline oriented with strong follow up and multi-tasking skills
• Team player

The Digital Department is a fast-paced department. We are seeking someone with a passion to learn about the digital distribution landscape. To be a part of the digital team requires a person with strong organizational skills and an ability to work on time sensitive projects. Film/video/media production students are encouraged to apply.
