RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the VP Trade Marketing in development of advertising and promotional campaigns to advertising trade; collaborate with both creative and media agencies
• Work with PR to coordinate press announcements and events as needed
• Execute the Upfront and events for ad sales clients involving talent and senior network executives
• Create and update sales collateral and presentation materials working with internal teams and outside suppliers, and work with the team to create support materials for all partnership opportunities including promotional presentations, sales collateral, one-sheets, sizzle reels, client wrap-up reports and research materials
• Maintain good working relationships and cooperate with members of several internal departments including: Ad Sales, • Production, Legal, Interactive, Consumer Marketing and Creative Services
• Liaise with interdepartmental personnel and outside client management
• Manage E! Trade Marketing projects and Upfront including being the day-to-day point person, setting priorities and managing work flow of various project tasks, and keeping track of budgets and timelines on a project-by-project basis

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and / or Ad Sales experience at an agency, broadcast / cable television, film studio or national brand environment

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
• Must be willing to take and submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

• Must be entertainment savvy with interest in how brands are reaching consumers through emerging media / technologies as well as understand both the TV and ad/media agency business
• Excellent client / project management and organizational skills are essential
• Problem solver, resourceful, organized, energetic, and passionate
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively message ideas / solutions to multiple constituents
• Proficiency in PowerPoint MS Word, Excel a must
• Interest in media, pop culture, online technologies, social media, new digital platforms, mobile and tablet apps a plus
Salary: Commensurate
