Temporary Production Assistant

PURPOSE: This temporary Production Assistant/Pilat Clerk position will provide production and office support for on-air promo department for the International Network. This will be a long term temporary position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in entering all promos in the pilat system for traffic to schedule
• Assist in determining monthly needs for repurposed promos.
• Assist in production of monthly repurposed spots, including acquiring source masters, generating checklists, ordering deko, generating VO scripts, supervising Avid, online, and audio sessions.
• Responsible for the maintenance of promo tapes (dubbing, labeling).
• Assist department director with other promo needs.
• Maintain computer database for promo library.
• Assist team with pulling masters, creating checklists.
• Log tapes.
• Assist Director and Manager of department with other promo needs.
• Other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• One year previous production experience preferred.
• Typing skills and general computer experience required.
• Individual must be organized, accurate, flexible, self-motivated, responsible, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Fluency in language other than English is a plus.
• Experience with Pilat traffic system is a plus.
