Intern

This is a Part Time Paid Internship

MKS&D is a talent management company for representation of actors in film, television, theater and commercials. We currently have clients appearing in feature films, TV series, on Broadway, and in hundreds of commercials. Interns will have hands-on experience with virtually all the different activities involved in running a talent management office. Specifically, the intern's activities will include:
1. Handling phone calls. The intern will have daily phone contact with casting directors, talent agents, producers, and actors regarding auditions and bookings for all kinds of film, TV and commercial jobs.
2. Calling clients to give auditions and information.
3. Observing interviews of prospective new clients.
4. Working on our computer system with databases and word processing.
5. General clerical duties such as faxing and light filing.
6. We also encourage interns to take on additional responsibilities as they become familiar with the business.
INTERNSHIP STARTS ASAP. WE CAN OFFER COLLEGE CREDITS.
