Manager - Television Licensing and Distribution

Job Description:

Clip & Still Licensing

Create, track, and manage clips and stills licenses from MGM's Feature Film and TV Series library on a worldwide basis

Handle all clip and still licenses, both 'in' and 'out' (negotiate licenses from start to finish)

Track payments and performance (license fees, advances, royalties)

Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the approval process (including 3rd party approvals)

Locate and coordinate delivery of materials with labs and licensees

Streamline and operationalize the licensing process

General TV Sales & Support

Work within the TV Distribution group to help facilitate other forms of sales, sales support and licensing on an ad hoc basis


Experience:

BA/BS Degree

2-3 years of previous entertainment experience in rights management and/or sales

Extensive knowledge and passion for film

High level of detail / detail oriented
