Description:
Providing administrative support for 2 executives, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, word processing, filing, faxing, reproducing documents, ordering supplies
Creating PowerPoint presentations and decks for sales staff
Processing, coding and tracking all department invoices; coordinating with vendors when needed
Creating purchase orders
Event planning including, travel arrangements, catering, operations and logistics
Managing existing marketing materials including at storage facility and onsite; ordering dubs for sales teams; packing and shipping of materials
Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned
Experience:
BA/BS degree
1-2 years experience in a marketing department or advertising agency
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and take initiative
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office; Internet savvy
Detail oriented, well organized, with excellent follow-through
