This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Hollywood & China based media firm seeks a legal intern to work on various legal projects. Successful
candidates must have strong written and verbal skills and administrative experience supporting
attorneys or executives within a fast-pacing environment. Strong MS Office skills required.
Qualifications& Requirements:
Ability to help with legal/business aspects of operations of the company.
Ability to assist with legal research, legal writing, and other litigation and transactional support.
Ability to perform clerical and administrative responsibilities.
Familiarity with legal terminology, basic legal procedure and law office protocol is important.
Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills required along with composing and editing
correspondence with an astute attention to detail.
Must be available during business hours for 15-20 hours per week.
Must obtain college credit.
Bilingual in Chinese is a plus.
Master student preferred.
Candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and a positive & professional attitude.
