High energy Studio based in Culver City with extreme growth potential is looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) Community Manager. The Bilingual Community Manager should have a passion for the internet and social media, and be curious about new trends and fan interaction.

Bilingual (English-Spanish) Community Manager

Responsibilities:
Directly manage and update day-to-day social media pages for a network of Maker social media properties
Monitor discussions, posts, comments on Facebook, twitter, youtube and other relevant social media communities
Research and compile statistics on friends followers and subscribers across various social media sites and pages
Respond to fans and interact with community on a daily basis
Create reports from youtube and facebook insights
Update and maintain spreadsheet on daily and weekly social media statistics
Respond to comments and monitor fan feedback
Assist programming team in creating and collecting content from talent and on set productions
Compile and organize content across multiple social media pages
Mail out prizes for giveaways and promotions
Repost content from main hubs on other social networks
Assist in maintenance of content calendar

Qualifications
Expert user on a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Twitter
Specific experience with youtube as a social ecosystem
Exceptional organizational and follow through skills
Ability to set and achieve goals
Attention to detail and deadlines
Ability to handle multiple priorities and communities with distributed teams
Strong background in social metrics and analysis with the ability to hit specific and actionable goals
Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Must be fluent in Spanish (writing, reading, and oral)
