This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
The LA Comedy Festival is currently seeking hardworking and motivated Interns in Los Angeles to help out in its sponsorship department. We're offering both Full/Part time, unpaid internships ideal for marketing and advertising students looking to gain experience in the entertainment industry with respect to comedy, live production and independent festival work. The role would include mainly sponsorship research and analysis, canvassing and sponsor relations. You may also be asked to help out in other roles such as online promotion and live production and publicity.
The Los Angeles Comedy Festival is the largest comedy festival in the United States featuring film, live comedy and a screenplay competition. Currently in its 11th cycle the festival has, to date, featured over 2000 performers and 500 films from Los Angeles and around the world. Our emphasis is on ''discovering'' great comedic talent and promoting it to both the entertainment industry and the Los Angeles public, as well as, showcasing the works of seasoned professionals and well-known stars.
