Talent Payment Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

FULL TIME. Looking for a successful candidate to work in the Commercial talent payment department assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and journal entries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, have an excellent work ethic, and the ability to complete tasks with very little direction.

The agency represents actors, writers, directors, and models for theatre, film, television, commercials, and voice-overs.

Knowledge of SAG/AFTRA rules.
Prior Talent Agency accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree.
Affinity for numbers a must.
Strong Excel & Word skills,
Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Able to handle multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
