Head of Commercials

This is a Full Time Job

Boutique talent agency seeking commercial talent agent. You will be taking over a full list that is just shy of 200 commercial clients. The department averages at least a SAG national commercial a week and several smaller bookings weekly. Its an all ages department, both union and non-union, and has respectability among the broader casting community. While 25% of the department is under 18, parents we work with are very low maintenance and we hope to spin off a designated kids department in six months.

Owner is very hands off and atmosphere of the company is very laid back, though hyper aggressive on the business side. Position does currently include a private office. May become a two person shared office eventually.

Experienced Commercial Agents with lists highly preferred. Also particularly interested in current commercial agent assistants.

Agency, management, or casting experience is a must. Highly preferred that candidates have pre-existing relationships with commercially casting directors. We are semi-receptive to less experienced candidates whom are very high achieving (i.e. graduates from top 25 Universities or Liberal Arts Colleges) but you absolutely must possess a knowledge of talent submissions.

All candidates must be charismatic, intelligent, and self-starters with strong phone skills. Must be outgoing, but willing to handle the monotony of commercial breakdowns.
