POSITION: Senior Financial Analyst

EMPLOYER of RECORD: ITV Studios Inc

DIRECT REPORT: Bruce Bell

EXPERIENCE: Minimum seven (7) years as senior accountant in industry. Entertainment or related industry desired. Both large and small company job history desired.

EDUCATION: College degree, business preferred.

SOFTWARE SKILLS: Must have extensive knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software and Excel spreadsheet software. MAS90 experience is helpful.

GENERAL SKILLS: Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Able to handle emails promptly and clearly and send and receive high volume of attachments. Professional demeanor is needed. Should be able to interact will all levels of management with confidence. Must be detail oriented. Able to handle deadlines efficiently and work independently without constant supervision. Must be organized and maintain records to support all work product. Overtime will be required occasionally.

DUTIES: Full financial accounting responsibilities for two operating corporations and one holding company including:
• maintenance of general ledgers on Quickbooks;
• preparation of monthly financial statements;
• payment of invoices and all accounts payable functions;
• issuance of billings, customer statements, and collections;
• submission of monthly financial reports to parent company

Preparation of small monthly payroll for TV production staff using ADP as processor

Banking and cash management of all bank accounts belonging to the corporations including:
• processing bank wires;
• preparation of monthly bank reconciliations;
• cash reporting to parent company

Management of intercompany loan balances, including computation of interest, confirmation of balances, and collection/payment of interest.
