Asst/Assoc Editor
Hybrid Cinema the production company for award-winning filmmaker, author and media strategist Jon Reiss, is seeking editors for several projects including the workshops of his book Think Outside the Box Office and the documentary project ?Bomb It? about the explosion of graffiti culture all over the world.
The position will involve cutting webisodes and long form material. Editor should be self-motivated, complete work in a timely manner and be proficient with Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of After Effects and DVD Studio Pro are a plus.
Position begins as soon as possible. We are looking for a commitment of 10-15hrs a week. Location is in West Los Angeles. Some work may be done remotely.

Producer's Assistant
Hybrid Cinema the production company for award-winning filmmaker, author and media strategist Jon Reiss, is seeking several interns for Fall semester interested in artistic entrepreneurship and DIY film distribution and marketing.
Jon Reiss is the producer/director of critically acclaimed film ?Bomb It? about the explosion of graffiti culture all over the world. He is also the author of ''Think Outside the Box Office? - the first step-by-step guide on how to release a film in today's multimedia marketplace.
Position begins as soon as possible. We are looking for a commitment of 10-15hrs a week. Unpaid. Location is in West Los Angeles.
Ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, resourceful, organized, and with good research skills. You should also be interested in some of the following areas: social networking, independent film, viral marketing, film distribution and marketing.
This is an Assistant level position with potential to move up to Associate Producer.
