Hulu Content Partner Managers will understand and explain video formats and metadata specifications, while also able to create programming and promotional opportunities for a range of different media companies, Hulu’s content partners. The successful candidate must navigate between technical and content issues while creating and maintaining an efficient workflow of content delivery and publishing. We prize people who get the big picture but are willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get a job done. This role demands strong business acumen, plus credible technology aptitude, and refined relationship savvy.

- Ability to navigate a variety of technical and content management systems
- Source great content that resonates with users
- Manage ongoing coordination within various groups at Hulu to ensure technical, promotional, business and programming alignment between Hulu and the partners
- Conduct reporting and data analysis to analyze partner performance

- 2-5 years of online media relationship management experience, or similar business development experience with significant technology focus
- Knowledge of and appreciation for the television and film businesses especially the Latino media industry
- Demonstrated excellence in business relationship-building skills
- Detailed knowledge of new web trends and technologies, and in building scalable processes and systems
- Thorough understanding of market research, data collection and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
- Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues
- Fluency (both written and verbal) in Spanish required

Education

Bachelors Degree, MBA a plus (but not required)

Hulu's small but growing team is seeking talented people to help build a service that helps people find and enjoy the world's premium content when, where and how they want it. If you're the kind of person who obsesses over details, thrives in a collaborative environment, and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges, Hulu may be the place for you. We have high expectations of every member of our team—some might say unrealistically high, but we believe this standard is critical to delivering a service that our users call brain-spray awesome.

Hulu is an equal opportunity employer.
