Top unscripted production company is looking for a smart, highly organized and motivated Assistant for two Development Executives. Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous desk experience, and be highly proficient with phone systems, travel booking, and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook). Responsibilities include rolling calls, scheduling, booking travel, creating presentation materials, coordinating internal events, and overseeing interns. Our ideal candidate is a born multi-tasker with a strong interest in unscripted television; highly detail oriented, confident, and great on the phone.
Assistant will be expected to juggle multiple projects and be aggressive in completing tasks. We are a fast paced, high energy environment with exceptional opportunities for growth.
