PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER (Canada)

KEY FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the project management of all allocated development resources and assets required to produce fun, exciting, and successful new gaming products. Heavy emphasis on the coordination and organization of all facets required to successfully deliver new game titles and products into the marketplace in a cost efficient manner within a specified time frame. Providing leadership while maintaining accountability on assigned projects and resources is important.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to drive internal relations and communication
• Track record of implementing successful projects
• Strong Project management training and experience
• Determined to resolve problems efficiently
• Result oriented with capacity to work well under pressure
• Oversee multiple projects through all phases of development
• Ensures the final product meets the design, playability and quality standards set forth
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5- 10 years managing projects on time and on budget;
• 5 years experience working with suppliers
• 5 years experience with business development, either by change orders or up selling and liaising with external suppliers
• Experience with International clients is a significant asset
