Intern - Management Team

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Independent Nashville label with successful indie artist Jen Foster seeks assistant/intern available one to three days per week or equivalent.

You should have a passion for the entertainment business and an interest in learning about the new music business model. The preferred candidate will have a sense of humor, be flexible and have good multitasking skills.

We are looking for personable self-starters who would enjoy an informal, fun, working environment.

The internship is varied and may include some or all of the following:

NEW MEDIA: Working with the executive assistant to engage fans and keep them informed of new and daily events. Learning about and researching various social media opportunities and helping stay up to date on new developments.

MERCHANDISING AND FULFILLMENT assisting and managing in merchandise organization, inventory and fulfillment.

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS assisting in email and phone correspondence, scheduling meetings/travel, managing daily appointments schedule, interacting with agents and producers, occasional errands, database upkeep, and providing general office support.

Should live in/near Nashville, TN. Minimum 6 week commitment preferred. Great work environment and opportunity to learn inner workings of dynamic, creative, fast-growing Independent Record label and management company.
