• Have a very outgoing personality
• Enjoy working with pregnant models and children
• Possess strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Have strong writing and computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Picture Manager are a plus!)
• Be professional and detail-oriented
• Have a friendly and professional phone manner
• Be eager to take the initiative and jump right in!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to...

• Answering phones and greeting office visitors
• Scheduling appointments and interviews
• Taking and editing digital photos
• Updating and maintaining agency website and files
• Researching new client leads and growth opportunities
• Assisting with castings and model submissions
• Purchasing supplies and coordinating office mailings
• Other administrative duties
