Interactive Video Producer

EQAL is hiring an Interactive Video Producer to produce original short-form (5-10 minutes) video content for a high-profile fashion and beauty YouTube premium content channel. We are looking for someone with strong creative, budget and production management skills. This position contributes to overall channel creative and project management. The Interactive Video Producer will maintain master budget and plan studio and field-based production. This person will also manage production for our celebrity editorial websites. This is a six month contractor position available immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to execute all aspects of interactive video production including conceptualization of stories, field production, video shooting and editing, strong writing skills and publishing using a CMS.
• 5+ years of experience working in video production.
• Working knowledge of production techniques and terminology.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain quality and accuracy of work.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle evolving timelines.
• Strong writing skills.
• Exceptional organization, communication and management skills.
• Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment.

PREFERRED:
• Knowledge and interest in the Fashion and Beauty category (Females, Ages 12-29).
• Experience working with celebrity talent.
• Previous experience producing and programming content for a YouTube Partner Channel or other online video platforms.
• Knowledge of video optimization and social media best practices.
