Associate Producer

This is a Full Time Job

EQAL is hiring an Associate Producer to coordinate production of multiple online video series for a high-profile fashion and beauty YouTube premium content channel. The Associate Producer will also produce, shoot and manage post-production for our celebrity editorial websites. In addition to video production, this person is responsible for writing video metadata and publishing videos. This is a one year contractor position available immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to execute all aspects of interactive video production including conceptualization of stories, field production, video shooting and editing, strong writing skills and publishing using a CMS.
• 2+ years of experience working in video production
• Working knowledge of production techniques and terminology.
• Experience on-location filming and production (lighting, audio, shot set up, etc)
• Experience using HD video equipment and accessories.
• Basic Final Cut editing skills.
• Ability to write and edit video metadata and publish content.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain quality and accuracy of work.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle evolving timelines.
• Exceptional organization, communication and management skills.
• Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment.

PREFERRED:
• Knowledge and interest in the Fashion and Beauty category (Females, Ages 12-29).
• Experience working with celebrity talent.
• Previous experience producing and programming content for a YouTube Partner Channel or other online video platforms.
• Knowledge of video optimization and social media best practices.
