Details: Title: Jr. Financial Analyst

Reports to: Global Production Accounting Manager
Direct reports: None

Summary:
Responsible for maintaining a variety of weekly reports designed to assist production accountants with analyzing the financial health of projects. Additionally, this position will support production accountants with general duties, including assisting with A/P and A/R duties such as entering invoices, data entry, filing and copying.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains weekly analysis reports
- Creates ad-hoc reports as directed
- Generates periodic invoices
- Prepares billings for re-billable costs
- Assists with providing show information needed for facility forecasting and planning
- Maintains production accounting records
- Assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including petty cash, per diems, expense reports, etc.
- Supports payroll processing and timecards
- Other accounting support tasks as they arise

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Computer literacy in a PC environment with proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications required; Exposure to Oracle a plus
- Diplomacy, discretion, reliability, and a sense of humor are critical
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work well as part of a ?team?
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and with all levels of personnel
- Ability to prioritize work and remain detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
