DanceOn is a YouTube partner channel featuring dance content online. The online network is seeking a full time associate producer to assist the Executive Producer with the Just Dance franchise. Just Dance is the one-stop-shop for dance in mainstream entertainment: film, television, music videos, theater, video games and live event. The franchise is responsible for producing dance centered news segments, tutorials, reviews, recaps, interviews and red carpet coverage.
Producer will assist with research for future programming, prepping/producing video shoots, clearing video/photo assets, booking talent, story producing edit sessions, interviewing talent, fact checking, booking freelancers, engaging in social media, writing video descriptions, meta-tagging and tracking views/trends.
Producer should be a motivated self-start with experience in production and a knowledge of the entertainment and dance industries. Position requires great writing skills, attention to detail, knowledge of trends and confidentiality. Applicants must be familiar with the YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr platforms. Experience with pitching and contracts a plus. Producer may be required to work nights and weekends.
Minimum of 2 years production and/or agency experience required.
