This role could a suit recent graduate who meets the criteria below.

EXPERIENCE:
* BSc in Computer Science or relevant field or…
* 3 years rock solid web development background
* Clean SEO optimized code
* Speaks fluent HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, Flash, MySQL, Klingon
* Custom web applications and content management systems
* Find Open Source CMS's sexy (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Expression Engine etc)
* ActionScript is a PLUS ++++

SKILLS:
* Loves to keep up to date - jQuery, CSS3 & HTML5
* Independent, reliable self-starter who prioritizes and plays well with others
* Ability to communicate clearly with non-developers
* A passion to get the job done to the highest specification and on time
* A flexible 'Can Do' approach, and laid back sense of humor

COMPENSATION:
Pro Rata commensurate with experience
