Intern - Editor

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Up & Coming multimedia company is currently seeking Editing interns. The intern will gain valuable hands on experience, production credits and a competitive reel. The Editor intern will be a part of assisting in the post production of short and a feature film along with producing exciting complementary online content for our feature-length documentary.

We are seeking a talented, reliable, committed, fun, and passionate individual with a positive attitude and amazing personality. Seeking Editor with access to FCP or has his/her own software. This is an UNPAID internship for someone who has a flexible schedule. Must live in the Los Angeles, CA area

This is an excellent opportunity to build your reel and get credit on a wide range of projects very quickly. You must be committed to your passion, enjoy working with a team, love the entertainment business and desire to make a difference through the use of media.

We will begin interviewing for the Editor Intern immediately. Intern must have experience with Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and preferably color correction, and Creative Suite, etc. Experience editing promo reels, tv, film, and beyond. Editor Intern will work closely with Production team. Must have experience logging and capturing footage, digitizing media and organizing source footage. Should have technical video knowledge to do color correction and video composting. Should also have the ability and dedication to assist in the completion of projects quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality. Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time.

Will work closely with producers, director and talent so must be a team player. Intern must be able to multi-task in different environments such as home, the office, on-set or on-location. Intern must have a positive, can do attitude, be solution minded and dedicated. Must possess excellent communication skills and not afraid to share and contribute positively and creatively to the goal.
Salary: All Internship Positions is UNPAID and/or for SCHOOL CREDIT at this time. We are looking to promote the right individuals from within.
