VP LBE (Location Based & Live Entertainment) Business Development

The V.P. LBE Business Development will be responsible for the vision, strategic direction, and financial contribution of 20th Century Fox's Location-Based & Live Entertainment global vision and master plan to maximize the qualitative and quantitative benefits to the studio's key brand franchises.
Reporting Relationship
The V.P. LBE Business Development will report to the EVP of 20th Century Fox Consumer Products.
Key Peer Relationships
The V.P. LBE Business Development will work in close concert with the V.P. LBE Brand Management to ensure 20th Century Fox's brand franchises are executed and the financial contribution maximized.
The V.P. LBE Business Development will work in close concert with the VP, Financial Planning & Strategy on all Forecasting and Budgeting matters.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing global vision and master plan for 20th Century Fox's Location Based & Live Entertainment business.
• Conducting industry, global region, and competitor sector analyses to strategically frame the LBE business.
• Developing screens to rank and prioritize intellectual properties, venue concepts, and prospective partners.
• Identify and pursue potential LBE opportunities from the studio's Film and Television library.
• Aligning the best intellectual properties with the best venue concepts with the best practice partners in the world and organizing them in the context of a master plan opportunity matrix.
Sales Engagement Responsibilities
• In concert with V.P. LBE Brand Management, preparing customized presentations to prospective partners and proactively ''selling'' opportunities in the global marketplace.
• Engaging prospective best practice global LBE design companies, Live Entertainment producers, major Destination partners, and Real Estate Developers.
• Building a global network of best practice partners for each LBE sector
• Initiating and managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with prospective partners and negotiating deal terms.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Working with in-house legal team in the drafting and closing of LBE contracts.
• Continuously prioritizing LBE projects and managing weekly internal review process.
• In concert with the LBE Project Manager, generating LBE projections and managing the revenue and expense budgets.
Networking Responsibilities
• Maintaining high profile networking presence in key global LBE business forums, e.g. IAPPA.
