Responsibilities:
Provide top quality service to clients during every stage of their work.
Create and maintain a pro-active project management relationship with clients.
Maintain a presence in client supervised sessions.
Follow through communication with clients
Responsible for preparing scheduling requests for client's projects.
Provide clear concise work orders with accurate detailed information.
Ensure that information is provided to the technical staff accurately and timely to process work orders.
Follow up that orders have been completed.
Responsible for obtaining purchase orders and assist with client billing using Xytech.
Establish trusting relationships and clear lines of communication with co-workers.
Other duties as needed or requested.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Video Post Production.
General knowledge in various tape and file formats and standards.
Computer skills required: Windows, Excel, Word and e-mail.
Knowledge of Xytech scheduling program is preferred.
Excellent communication and written communication skills.
Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
Must be able to work efficiently under time constraints.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if and when necessary.
