We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our Subtitling department.
Summary
Plans, creates, and coordinates activities of subtitling projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establishes work plan for each phase of project, and serves as a liaison between the company and the clients to facilitate workflow
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
Prepares projects for billing.
Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
