Position Summary:
Support client of agency on International Partnerships and Strategic Alliances on assigned film releases.
Responsibilities include:
• Act as a key contact from Warner Bros Home Office for all international offices.
• Maintain regular outreach with top 20 international markets to create an on-going dialogue to ensure strategic alignment with partnership goals.
• Assist Executive Director with providing, in a timely fashion, strategic direction and pitch materials on each film to assist with local market partner development.
• Help develop specific creative pitch ideas that are specific to markets or regions.
• Have regular update/status call with each region / key market and ad hoc calls where necessary.
• Work with the wider Warner Bros. Promotional Partnerships & Alliances team to discuss key objectives, resolve issues, US extension opportunities and Global programs.
• Update multiple worldwide reports as needed including but not limited to weekly partner status reports, promotion overviews and marketing calendar.
• Work with the Partnership Execution team to secure timely approval of partnerships secured in markets.
• Work with markets to provide support, follow-up materials and answers to questions.
• Assist in the escalation of issues to appropriate person on the Warner Bros. Promotional Partnerships & Alliances team for quick resolution and communicate in a timely manner back to international markets.
Required Skills and Experience
• 3-5 years working with International markets for a major studio or promotions agency
• Experience setting strategies for international markets
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate issues in a professional manner.
• Able to communicate effectively and tactfully
• Must be available to join calls with International markets during their business hours
• BA/BS degree from accredited university
