We are looking for a motivated Corporate Tax summer intern that will apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. This experience will go beyond the assigned internship position and include formal, ongoing training and development opportunities, structured performance evaluations, networking, site tours and community involvement opportunities to further your development. Duties and Responsibilities:
You will assist with the corporate income tax return preparation for multi-national company, financial reporting, tax provision calculation and financial statement disclosures, as well as gain experience related to the tax requirements for foreign Live Events and Talent tax obligations.
We are looking for:
• Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing degree in Accounting or Finance w/ concentration or Minor Accounting
• Ability to organize information and create e-file directories of supporting documentation
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook/Excel
• Ability to work in Stamford, CT headquarters from June 3rd – August 7th
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate within teams
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
