Director of Product, Games (Producer)

WWE has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Game Production to join our team of professionals at the corporate office in Stamford, CT.
Responsibilities:
• Lead game products through the entire lifecycle – from concept to launch and optimization.
• Work closely and partner with external development, marketing and publishing teams, in addition to internal WWE creative teams, talent relations, brand assurance, music, finance, marketing, sponsorship and other business stakeholders to execute on product and business plans.
• Track and communicate project status, issues, risks and decisions to senior management
• Set project quality and performance standards for partners and achieve defined quality and performance standards. Help lead our partners to create 'on brand', high quality entertainment products.
• Define requirements, lead project implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive time-to-market
• Review in progress content and provide both qualitative feedback and brand adherence feedback to partners.
• Partner with other business units to ensure best practices and ensure proper integration and promotion with other WWE departments where necessary
• Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and track deliverables to ensure project goals are met on time
• Enforce contract compliance across all game deals
• Manage key external vendors
• Become the brand ambassador for our gaming partners, helping them create content for WWE fans around the world
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in internal or external game development
• Experience building and managing relationships with vendors and other external resources
• Experience managing and creating budgets and project plans
• Understanding of various production process and methodologies
• Proven and established negotiation skills
• Demonstrated understanding of the WWE brand
• Experience in project management to include the ability to lead/prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives, as well as the ability to successfully partner with employees across all levels and lines of business
• Able to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends based on business need
• Willing and able to travel as needed for business- approximately 5% travel required
• Bachelor degree required
