The Role: RPA Business Analyst / Developer
WWE is an integrated media organization and recognized leader in global entertainment.
We are seeking a highly collaborative, creative and intellectually curious business analyst who is passionate about continuous process improvement leveraging cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation capabilities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Manager of Enterprise Systems.
A Day in the Life Will Likely Include:
• Working in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment to achieve group goals.
• Learning new technologies.
• Building flexible, scalable, high quality automations.
• Partnering effectively with your technology and business partners.
• Leveraging automation tools such as Blue Prism to automate a wide range of business processes.
• Applying exceptional analytical skills to solve technical challenges.
• Establishing and sustaining long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders.
Sounds good? What You'll Need to Land this Job:
• Certified RPA Practitioner.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related focus, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UI Path.
• Ability to gather, analyze, understand and document existing processes identifying gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of process improvement techniques (e.g. Six Sigma).
• Experience with process mapping tools such as MS Visio.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and Agile software development.
• Experience creating VBA scripts or Macros.
• Programming experience preferred (e.g. C# or J#).
• Self starter possessing strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present, persuade and influence peers, vendors and executives.
