This part-time position (Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 2pm-6pm as well as Tuesday and Thursday: 8:30-6pm) reports to Facilities and responsible for:
• Delegating and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to building management
• Assessing the safety and cleanliness of interior areas, such as offices, conference rooms
• Order and replenish office supplies and pantry supplies
• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Scheduling routine repairs with outside vendors and building management
• Ensuring accurate security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with HQ office security team members
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities/reception tasks
• Crafting reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
• Perform mailroom duties needed to send and receive shipments and mail
Qualifications:
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have good communication and written skills
• Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• May be required to work after hours and weekends
• Self-starter, responsible and able to communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently and overtime as needed.
