This Project Manager role involves leading all aspects of project management from exciting concepts through project completion!
The Creative Services Project Manager is focused, self-motivated, upbeat and a tactful communicator who facilitates workflows and processes from project start to end. Reporting to the Senior Production Director, and working alongside Creative Directors, the Project Manager will retain ownership over both internal and cross-functional project management tools and is the liaison between the Creative Services team and the company at-large.
With a zeal for the sports entertainment industry, the ideal candidate relishes the challenge of operating at a consistently high-level in a dynamic environment of shifting priorities with like-minded team members. The candidate thrives balancing multiple projects of varying complexities and takes initiative to build organized solutions for a multitude of projects. Whether they're managing the production and delivery of digital assets for social campaigns and network platforms or supporting creative teams in the development of campaign-level key art, this candidate gives it their all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects through all phases of the design, approval and production process to ensure that timelines, budget requirements, job specifications and results are met
• Assess project briefs for scope, direction and clarity
• Build schedules and communicate priorities daily
• Ensure creative direction is fully communicated with internal creative team
• Work closely with designers and vendors to determine specs and production techniques as well as troubleshoot production issues and offer creative solutions
• Establish and maintain relationships with all partner departments within WWE
• Keep current with WWE content, characters, storylines and products
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years professional experience in project management for an ad agency, in-house creative department, or design studio
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (both verbal and written) including the ability to interact with and speak persuasively to a wide range of internal and external clients
• Reliable, punctual, self-directed, and flexible to changing priorities or circumstances
Pluses
• Experience in the Network Television / OTT space
• Experience with live-events marketing
• Knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Workfront, ProofHQ, Cumulus, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Bachelor's degree
