We are seeking an analytically driven Planner with a minimum 5 years experience in retail: planning sales, margin, inventory and receipt flow. This exciting position will help provide item/category level financial guidance and will strategize with our e-commerce and consumer product teams to maximize revenue and profit across multiple channels.

* Evaluating and providing feedback on competition

Responsibilities:
* Develop top down and bottom up Season Plans at the category/item level
* Analyze recap item/category level business results in order to plan/ forecast future results
* Guide and partner with Merchandising to create seasonal plans that support company financial goals and merchant trends
* Assess item /category level sales and margin risks and opportunities and recommending action plans
* Execute monthly Open to Buy overview to update in-season forecasts and strategies to maximize profitability
* Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly level sales, margin and inventory forecasts at the item/category level
* Co-Manage with Buying the execution of all pricing and promotional activity
* Provide visibility and guidance to major business impacting events (holiday shifts, promotion events) to buying functions to support merchandising activities
* Develop quarterly Business Review documents and participate in quarterly meetings that align business strategies and objectives with the merchandise financial plans
