Full Time Job
The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will work contribute to the growth of WWE's Global Sales and Partnership business and the escalation of WWE's brand value. The Coordinator will be the point person for Sales team requests, tracking proposals, deliverables, timelines and other project management related tasks. This professional will also help develop client-relevant insights and create proactive asset proposals, driving sales storytelling while liaising with internal stakeholders. Project tracking, problem solving, attention to detail, creative ideation, and ability to pivot quickly are key. Candidate should thrive in a supportive team environment that prizes collaboration, innovation, and leadership in all roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and manage proposal development process from kickoff calls through delivery to client
• Oversee timelines, category types, proposal concepts across projects and build resources for overall team usage to streamline marketing strategy project development
• Assist with internal cross-functional communication and asset tracking
• Access, analyze, and disseminate third party research to enhance positioning of WWE to partners and internal stakeholders
• Develop eye-catching sales collateral to inform the marketplace of upcoming WWE sponsorship opportunities
• Distill partnership results into concise, compelling, strategy-focused case studies
• Pull from WWE's diverse asset roster to help craft custom, integrated sponsorship and media programs from to meet partner objectives in response to RFPs and Sales briefings
• Capture WWE's brand proposition and sponsorship opportunities in concise, compelling marketing materials
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Ad Ops, Creative/Production, Social, Insights and Analytics, and Account Management teams to ensure strategic planning and set/refine processes
• Assist in communication with client teams to ensure materials and information are provided in a timely, professional manner
• Participate in internal and external meetings with clear agendas and collaborative conversation
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience, preferably at a media/creative agency, media company, or the marketing organization of a brand/property
• Experience designing and writing PowerPoint decks with clear objectives and compelling flow
• Ability to create and manage plans, trackers, etc. built in Excel documents
• Experience with a combination of any of following: league or event sponsorship, digital/social media, linear or OTT networks, experiential, custom production, talent rights/endorsements
• Experience in understanding the relationship between brand marketing objectives and cross-platform media offerings needed to help drive & achieve a brand's business goals/results
• Comfort with ideating collaboratively or as an individual
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly in both writing and speech
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized and prioritize in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Passionate, driven, and personally accountable with a commanding presence and energy
• Bachelor's Degree required
